Planting Order Form
It can take 2-4 weeks from date of order for plant to be placement on grave.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Plant orders are for after burial only.

Once we receive this planting form request, we will begin processing the order, issuing an invoice for the requested planting services, and coordinating the plant pickup and planting.

Plant pricing:

5 gallon Desert Willow Tree planting is $550 + tax (includes plant, pickup, planting and establishment care)

Small up to 2 gallon native plant are $350 + tax (includes plant, pickup, planting and establishment care)

Any additional 1 gallon native plants are $100 + tax (per additional planting in one order)
