The purpose of this form is to get an initial idea of what you would like for a custom headstone for your loved one. This is just a rough draft, and you are not locked into the design you submit. Once we receive this form entry, we will work with you closely to refine the stone and ensure everything is as you would like it prior to engraving.

    Headstone pricing: 
    $300 for custom flagstone headstone with full name engraved
    $25 for each additional line of text
    ​$50 for each special symbol or shape

    All stones are made of organically shaped flagstone that lay flat to the ground, and must be less than 20" x 20" in surface area. Lettering and symbols are engraved and painted with black, non-toxic paint.
